Shipping & Returns

Disclaimer:

We do not guarantee your product to be exactly similar to the ones seen in the pictures. All necklaces and earrings are carefully hand painted uniquely. The shells are also shaped uniquely because of their nature. The pictures shown are selected models. Please feel free to email us for specific designs on certain shell shapes/sizes.

Shipping:

Since our products are individually carved, painted, coated multiple times, it may take up to a week for an order to be shipped. Please plan for 1-2 weeks before shipping. Shipping is done through USPS. Domestic and international shipping available. Please proceed to the checkout to view shipping costs.

Returns:

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase, and we want you to love your purchase.  If, however, you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you may return a new necklace within 7 days of receipt for the full purchase price minus shipping.  Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was made, via credit card or Paypal payment. 

All necklaces and earrings must be returned unworn and undamaged, and in the original packaging.  All returns are subject to the final sole discretion of us, and we reserve the right to refuse to restock and refund items that we cannot regard as new.

To submit a return request, e-mail us at moeuhane.us@gmail.com, and we will reply as soon as possible.  You do not have to email us if your purchase is within the 7 day delivery-confirmed time frame.
